EQUIPMENT RETURN POLICY

Equipment may be returned during 30 days since original shipment for credit for unused equipment returned double boxed (Original NEW box in re-Sale condition as NEW), minus restocking fee of $25.00 per unit. If equipment returned not double boxed or original box is damaged, the refurbished price of equipment will be credited.

SOFTWARE RETURN POLICY

Software purchased is considered opened at the time of purchase and is Non Refundable. Software can only be returned for DOA replacement within 30 days of purchase, and replacement RMAs will only be honored if the returned software is verified as defective or damaged.

REFUND POLICY

We offer 30 Money Back Guarantee on almost every product we sell. Please call customer service at 855-360-5360, in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date.
All refunds will be credited to the payment method used at the time of purchase within three (3) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
